A worn cartridge or seal can be repairable when a compatible part is available. A damaged body or unavailable service part can make replacement the practical option. We inspect the fixture and explain the choice instead of deciding from a drip alone.

How an installation goes
We shut off, remove, mount, seal and test.
The model, connection condition and access determine the installation work. We explain any required opening, shutoff replacement or separate finish work before you approve it.

We check your shutoffs and supply lines.
We check whether your water can be isolated and whether the existing connections are suitable. Any additional valve or supply work should be included in the agreed scope.

We remove your old fixture.
We clear the old mounting hardware and sealant so your new fixture sits flat and seals correctly.
- Step 03
We mount, connect and seal.
We mount your fixture square, connect it and seal it with the right compound for the material.
- Step 04
We pressure-test and align.
We test under pressure, check every connection for leaks and align the handles and spout before we leave.

The mounting holes, valve body and connection requirements must suit your installation. A similar-looking fixture is not always a direct replacement.
