Financing

Financing is available on every repair we do.

From a water heater repair to a lined sewer line, you can finance the work we quote you. We explain which work your property needs and what the price covers, then go over the current financing terms with you before you decide.

Start with the repair scope.

Your quote should identify the affected line or equipment, preparation, parts, access and checks included. If the work involves opening a floor or yard, clarify who restores it. For a sewer repair, ask which connections and footage are covered.

A monthly payment does not tell you whether two proposals include the same work. Compare the repair scope and total quoted price before considering how to pay. Our trenchless repair page explains what affects a lining quote.

Ask us to include financing with your quote.

Tell us which quoted work you want to finance, and we go over the current terms with you. A service request does not apply for credit or reserve funding.

Approval and terms are confirmed when you apply. Request the written terms before you sign; this page does not promise immediate approval, a particular rate or a fee waiver.

Keep the payment terms with your quote.

Before agreeing to an arrangement, request the amount financed, repayment schedule, interest and fees, and any conditions attached to an introductory offer. Ask who handles the application and any questions about the agreement.

We can discuss your quoted plumbing work and its schedule. Any lender’s credit decision and agreement are separate from the decision to approve the repair.

Contact us before scheduling the work.

Call 786-367-9157 or send a request. Mention that you want to finance an existing or proposed repair. Please keep financial documents and payment-card details out of the general service-request form.

Tell us what your drains are doing.

Describe the problem and we will tell you whether it needs a camera inspection, a cleaning or a repair. We explain our proposed work and price before you approve it, and financing is available on every repair we do.

See what decides your price

You approve your price in writing before we begin your repair. Here is what affects it:

  • Your pipe’s condition decides how much cleaning comes first.
  • The length and size of your line set the equipment and materials.
  • Your access point changes the setup.
  • The repair method follows what we find.
  • A shared building line is quoted differently from a household line.
