How we price your job

We confirm your price before any work starts.

Your price depends on what is inside your pipe and how we reach it. We explain each part of our quote, and you approve the price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 01

Your pipe’s condition decides how much cleaning comes first.

Roots, scale and grease take longer to clear than a single clog, and they have to come out before we repair or line your pipe.

  2. 02

The length and size of your line set the equipment and materials.

A longer run or a wider pipe takes more time to clean, more liner to rehabilitate and more pipe to replace.

  3. 03

Your access point changes the setup.

A working cleanout lets us reach your line directly. If your line has no usable cleanout, we tell you where we need to open access and who restores it.

  4. 04

The repair method follows what we find.

A cleaning, a spot repair, a liner and a replacement are priced differently. We show you what we found and explain why we recommend one.

  5. 05

A shared building line is quoted differently from a household line.

If your line serves several units, our quote includes coordination with the other occupants.
